This was in my physio clinic! Made me so happy!

[Image: A pink poster pinned to a board with the heading ‘Eating Disorder Awareness Week’. ‘FREE POSITIVE THOUGHTS: Take One (You are worth it!)’. On tear-off slips below are several positive affirmations (a couple have already been torn off). They include:
You are not alone in this
Embrace your beauty
Give yourself the gift of being joyfully you
I believe in you
Celebrate your natural size
Make the choice to let go of negative thoughts
Celebrate you!
You have a beautiful soul
Give thanks for another day of loving]
It’s Eating Disorder Awareness Week this week (11th-17th February 2013).
At this time, it’s good to remember - and to remind others who express ignorance - that:
not all EDs involve under-eating
not all people with EDs are thin
not all people with EDs identify as female
EDs can affect people of all ages
EDs ≠ vanity
recovery is possible
Much love to all my babes out there pushing through this daily. I’ve got your back, xo

So true! And more people need to remember this.
If a light jog is difficult for you, but you get through it, good for you.If you don’t have much time to spare, but you made yourself a healthy and balanced lunch today, good for you.If you squatted 250 pounds today, good for you.
If you yell at or shame people who aren’t doing things the same way you are, no good for you.

You CAN Change - It doesn’t matter where you are, you are nowhere compared to where you can go. -Bob Proctor. I love this quote because it reminds me that my future is not fixed, it can be whatever my effort and determination will allow into it. My physical destiny can be as amazingly fit and healthy as I want to it to be.
